Returns & Claims

At WH Supply, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Since all of our products are custom-made according to your specifications, our returns and claims policy differs from that of standard retail products.

Can I return my order?

As all products are manufactured specifically for each customer, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has started.

Please review your quotation, artwork and order details carefully before giving your final approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged during shipping, contains manufacturing defects or does not match the approved order, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the packaging if the shipment was damaged during delivery
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and the defect

How long do I have to submit a claim?

Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may be more difficult to process.

How are claims handled?

Each claim is reviewed individually by our team. If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or production error, we will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Another mutually agreed solution
  • Replacement of the affected product
  • Repair where applicable
  • A partial or full refund

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Approved artwork containing spelling, layout or design errors
  • Incorrect files or information supplied by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper handling, storage or installation after delivery
  • Colour variations that fall within standard printing tolerances
